GIF AP Practitioners have certified skills to support organisations in preparing sustainability reports that comply with standards and in defining and implementing ESG risk management systems.

To obtain GIF AP Practitioner credentials, you must:

Meet the minimum requirements defined by the technical regulation

Participate in the mandatory training course conducted by «Diligentia ETS».

Pass a certification exam consisting of three tests: two written and one oral.

Maintain credentials over time by participating in calibration activities

The assessors' task is crucial: preparing and conducting the assessment plan, coordinating the team, guiding consensus on the final score, and preparing the final assessment report.

For this reason, bodies accredited for assessment and adopting the GIF model can only appoint assessors certified under the GIF AP «Credentialing System».

To obtain GIF assessor credentials, it is necessary to:

Satisfy the knowledge and experience requirements set out in the regulation

Demonstrate that you have the 'soft skills' needed to conduct an effective assessment.

Participate in the professional alignment course conducted by the GIF scheme owner

Pass the certification exam, which includes two written tests and one oral test.

Maintain credentials over time by participating in calibration activities

To qualify as a GIF Committed Partner, you must:

Accept the programme rules

Accept the programme's code of ethics

Demonstrate the ability to provide services to businesses

Have at least two professionals with GIF AP Practitioner credentials on your team.
