Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he has gained significant professional experience in one of the world’s largest multinational companies in Management Consulting, Auditing and Financial Statement Certification.

For over twenty-five years he has worked as a management consultant, with strong operational skills in business process reengineering, corporate financing, corporate governance, planning and management control, as well as Auditing and Financial Statement Certification.

He offers services in the area of Governance by supporting organizations in the implementation of Prevention Models against unlawful acts pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. In this same field he holds various positions as OdV 231, also teaching as an adjunct professor in first-level master’s programs at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, Faculty of Economics.

As part of Corporate Compliance, he has developed Privacy organizational models and serves as D.P.O. (Data Processor Officer) for major private-sector corporate groups. He is certified as DPO (data protection officer) by AICQ SICEV (registered in the national Accredia register under number 8 on 3.04.2018).

Most recently, he certified his ESG skills through ICMQ as GIF AP Practitioner within the GIF AP Credentialing System, a certification scheme accredited against the ISO/IEC 17024 standard. He was recently appointed as a member of the “Sustainability Reporting in Public Companies” commission at the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
