The GIF Framework is a managerial system that constitutes the reference of the Get It Fair program. The model covers all aspects of sustainability [Governance, Social, Health and Safety, Environmental and Ethics]. The framework, by focusing attention on exposure to current and potential risks, guides the organization toward better ESG management in order to meet the expectations of stakeholders.
It applies to any type of organization, increasing competitiveness at national and international level.

The GIF Framework incorporates the recommendations of international documents [e.g.: OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct, ISO 26000] and the requirements of ISO sustainability standards and sustainability reporting standards [GRI, EFRAG, IFRS].
