ETERIA was established on June 21, 2021.

Two of Italy's leading industrial groups, Caltagirone and Gavio, decided to formalize a partnership to contribute to the country's infrastructural revitalization, identifying the creation of a Stable Consortium as the appropriate instrument to formalize this alliance in the construction sector.

The Consortium currently comprises four companies: Itinera, Vianini Costruzioni, ICOP, and Euroimpianti.

Eteria is a new entity positioned as a major Italian construction hub, capable of developing significant infrastructure projects and thereby contributing to the country's industrial and employment recovery.
