The two services have the same evaluation process and share an assessment conducted in the company.

The Validation Process

The common element to the two services consists of a rigorous evaluation process compliant with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17029.

A thorough assessment conducted by Certified Assessors [GIF AP Assessor], partly remotely and partly at the company's premises, makes the difference by increasing the accuracy and reliability of sustainability information oriented toward the future [looking forward]

The voluntary conformity verification of the sustainability report provides confirmation of the truthfulness of the sustainability information prepared by the company with respect to recognized international standards [GRI, ESRS, IFRS].

The sustainability report contains information relating to data and facts that occurred in the past.

The company receives an independent third-party declaration of conformity to be included in the published sustainability report.

The verification can be issued with a limited or reasonable level of assurance and does not include periodic monitoring.

The service assesses the level of exposure to events that may cause positive or negative impacts to the company and its stakeholders.

The evaluation is focused on confirming the plausibility of the assumptions that allow estimating future risks and opportunities on all aspects of sustainability.

The only way to estimate predictive ESG risks with an adequate level of reliability is to conduct an on-site assessment.

For this reason, the distinctive element of the Get It Fair Rating is a Due Diligence conducted in the company by certified assessors.

At the end, the company receives a detailed final report that constitutes a formidable guide to improvement together with several recognitions.

The on-site assessment allows issuing an ESG rating with a reasonable level of assurance and not limited.

Get It Fair allows the company and the interested parties to follow the evolution of the ESG rating over time: improvement, stable, worsening.

After the initial Due Diligence, the service includes monitoring for a period of 3 years through periodic evaluations also carried out at the company.

The purpose is to verify whether and to what extent the areas for improvement identified in the last visit have been managed.

The monitoring allows the company and its stakeholders to measure progress over time and to make comparisons with other companies [Benchmarking].
